Zoholics London – April 24th and 25th 2017
Zoholics London is back in April 2017 with a packed full agenda. What is Zoholics? Zoholics is the name that Zoho give to a two day seminar on Zoho Products and Solutions. At the last Zoholics London, over 200 hundred delegates attended to learn more about Zoho’s current products and also what is coming.
Both days of Zoholics London are split into two tracks. On the 24th you have a choice of Sales or Marketing. The Sales track is focused on Zoho CRM with an objective to take you from the basics to some of the more advanced features. Marketing on the other hand will naturally cover Email Marketing, but also covers other Zoho Products (for example: Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Social) so that you have a deeper interaction and insight into your customers. Day two, on the 25th is split into a Sales track and Support, Collaboration & Finance. The Sales track on day two is a deeper insight into your Zoho CRM; covering User Management, Multi Channel Sales, Reports / Dashboards and the new Artificial Intelligence. The Support, Collaboration & Finance track will be covering Zoho Desk (a ticketed help desk), Zoho Books & The finance suite and customer engagement via Social Channels.
