I started my day deciding to do some work on my own business marketing, rather than everybody else’s. I thrilled with the way Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns worked together. First I set up two campaigns to go out later this morning and I was able to not only segment my lists easily but exclude people that I’d emailed only the other day. My campaigns are totally targeted and relevant. I can get on with my day knowing they’ll go out automatically later on. Then I brought up a report on my last campaign to show the ‘hot list’ of clicks and opens. I was able to use my standard follow up template email in Zoho CRM to make personal contact, and then it suggested the best time for me to send the email to them too, before scheduling it in. It’s not yet 9am and I’ve achieved loads, thanks to Zoho!
