Whats new in Zoho CRM
July 2016 saw the biggest upgrade to Zoho CRM since it was launched. Since then Zoho have been releasing some big changes and new features. All this can make it difficult to see what is new and how it can help your business. So on May 9th we are going to do a quick overview of some of the main changes that have happened to Zoho CRM. We have no agenda planned as we are anticipating more changes, news and updates with Zoholics London (Zoho’s End User Roadshow) happening at the end of April.
We know from using these features from beta / pre-launch that there is probably something that everyone can benefit from.
