Standard Reports

How do you do this? Is reporting on data complex or time consuming? Thankfully Zoho CRM comes with close to 70 pre-built reports. These reports have been selected as the most common and used Reports by existing customers. They range from simple reports – For example “Display Contact Address Details” to more complex reports – for example “Average number of days taken for the Lead to be converted from various industries for the past 6 months”.

Custom Reports

The Standard Reports form a good starting point, however they might not give you exactly what you need to make decisions. Zoho CRM comes equipped with a simple to use Report builder that allows you to build or modify reports to your exact requirements.

Schedule Reports

We all have reports that are needed on a repeated and regular basis – for example a Potentials Report for the weekly Sales call.Build the report in Zoho CRM and then schedule it so that Zoho runs the report and e-mails it to the employee when they need it.
