Introducing Zoho Projects Tab
A new tab called “Zoho Projects” will be visible for the users who have the “View” permission in Zoho Projects Integration. Inside which you can see a complete Zoho Projects interface associated to the configured portal.
Accounts – Client Mapping
While you are integrating Zoho Projects with Zoho CRM, if there are any exact Name matching of “Clients” and “Accounts” exist, then the option of mapping the projects of those clients to Zoho CRM’s Account is given.
A new look of Project-related list UI
The same information of Milestones, bugs and Tasks are now shown in a different overview with a clickable options. Clicking on a particular parameter will open up the relevant information of Zoho Projects right within Zoho CRM
Choose a role in Zoho Projects
While creating or associating a project from within Zoho CRM, now you have the privilege of configuring the role for those users you want to associate to that project. Previously, all of those users will be added as Managers.
