Advanced Partner Training
Zoho has selected twenty worldwide Partners to attend Advanced Partner Training in Chennai, India and FlexableIT was selected to be one of them.
Zoho’s headquarters and key development is based out of Chennai. This trip will mean not only a greater depth of understanding of Zoho’s portfolio but also closer links being built between the teams within Zoho and Flexableit.
Agenda
An intensive week of training has been built around the needs of Partners and Customers. Initially focusing on the core Products of CRM, Campaigns, Creator and Support. Then developing them to enhance the customer experience and leverage the tools to the maximum. Every day will be a deep dive into the more complex and challenging deployments of Zoho so that customers can obtain the maximum value for money from them. By combining worldwide knowledge and experiences will create a valuable learning experience.
